En 2011 ganó el Premio Internacional de Literatura Aura Estrada; en 2012 fue miembro del programa de residencias en Santa Maddalena Foundation, en la Toscana; en 2013 fue becaria del Programa Jóvenes Creadores del Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes. Es mamá. Ha colaborado en distintas publicaciones, como la Revista de la Universidad de México, Granta y Tierra Adentro. Dos de sus ensayos se pueden encontrar en las antologías Nada (Alacraña, 2019) y Club de Autobiógrafos Anónimos (Panamá/Alacraña, 2020). En 2014 escribió la guía de viajes Tutún (Oink); en 2019 publicó Los nombres de Nellie (Alacraña/Libros de Mano) y ese mismo año ilustró la obra Cómo me convertí a la fe de las lechuzas, de Héctor Rojo (Malabar); en 2023 se imprimió su libro Treinta especies en peligro de extinción, dos flamingos, una rata, un gato, un burro y dos caballos de colores (La Duplicadora)."
